Tracy’s massage treatments contain great structural knowledge as well as an exceptional level of compassion for her clients. She began her career working closely with Dr. Ryan Hewitt in the office of Merrimack Valley Wellness Center for 4 years before she opened Merrimack Valley Bodywork. Tracy trained with the industries leading experts in therapeutic massage. She as been trained in medical massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, and has been certified in oncology massage by none other than, Tracy Walton. She is one of the area"s only LMTs to become certified in the care of cancer patients. Tracy is anatomically savvy and in tune with finding the underlying issues that cause us to live in pain. Her practical approach to bodywork as a successful measure for pain relief is certain to bring you back to a more comfortable place in your body and your mind.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys learning about Ayurveda, healthy recipes and gardening. When she is not at the office she can be found enjoying time with her family and pets. She is truly happiest while gardening and hiking in the woods.

While in the Army Reserves Heather received a bachelor's from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her Certification for Massage at New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts School of Massage Therapy in 2001. Heather has owned a solo massage therapist practice for several years and now has joined the team at Merrimack Valley Bodywork bringing great experience, expertise and, personality to ensure trust and comfort as you embark on your journey to wellness.
